Oil-Based. Organic.
Built for Newborn Skin.
Most cleansers are water-based, which means they need rubbing to lift residue and drying time before anything else goes on. Neloura uses an olive oil base instead — it dissolves mess on contact, soothes on the same swipe, and leaves a protective layer that stays until the next change. No friction. No gap in protection.
Pour a small amount onto a pad, wipe through the diaper area, and you're done — no rinsing, no drying, no separate cream. One swipe and skin stays protected until the next change.
Certified organic by the USDA — every ingredient held to that standard.
Tested by a board-certified dermatologist on 55 people with sensitive skin. No reactions reported.
Nothing added that could trigger newborn skin. Fragrance-free by formulation, not just by label.
Gentle enough for your baby's very first change. No harsh actives, no unnecessary ingredients.

Olea Europaea Fruit Oil
The foundation of the formula. Unlike water-based cleansers that need rubbing to lift residue, olive oil dissolves mess on contact — gently, without friction. It also conditions the skin on the same swipe, leaving it soft rather than stripped.

Our Story
I'm Anna, and Neloura started at the changing table — not in a lab.
When my son was a newborn, every diaper change felt like I was doing something wrong. I was afraid to rub too hard and cause irritation, but wet wipes never felt gentle enough. And I kept reading that to prevent rash, the skin needed to be fully dry before putting the diaper back on — and even then, you were supposed to add a separate barrier cream on top. It was a lot to manage, especially at 3 a.m.
I kept complaining to my husband until one day he came home and mentioned something a colleague from Europe had told him — that in Europe, parents don't use wet wipes at all. I stopped and said: wait, what?
That sent us down a rabbit hole. We learned that the European approach to diaper changes centres on oil-based cleansing — gentler, more effective, and no need to rub, wait, or layer products. We couldn't understand why that wasn't standard here.
So we brought it here. Neloura is that approach, made for Canadian families — formulated with organic ingredients, produced in a local Canadian lab, and built around one simple idea: a diaper change should be gentle, not complicated.

Softer skin,
steadier nights.
Like notes kept close at hand—layered, tactile, and easy to move through.
